Work experience
Stephane holds the position of Research Assistant with the Canadian Early Intervention Project dealing with Policy and litigation. He has extensive experience in comparative law and particularly in both international public and private law. His knowledge in various legal traditions represents an asset for the Canadian Early Intervention Project. Indeed, His assignments consist of both gathering and compiling legislations and jurisprudences from all Canadian provinces concerning Parents Children’s rights for Children’s with developmental delays. Jointly with the Canadian Early Intervention Project, Stephane also holds a position of legal advisor for import/export with the BICP group, a company based in Africa. In the past, during the summer of 2005, Stephane did an internship at the United Nations, Office of legal affairs. Throughout this internship he was also research assistant for Maria Vicien Milburn (Director of the General Legal Division, Office of Legal Affairs, United Nations, NY) for a project on International Public law and NAFTA. In 2003/04 he gained considerable knowledge in legal matter leveraging from work for the law firm "Buchinger and Rubin" in Paris.
